His career combines financial foundations with deep operational exposure across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. From working directly with suppliers in China and supporting public-sector programs in Brazil to operating within German industrial manufacturing and Middle Eastern supply networks, he has built a practical understanding of how markets, cost structures, and supply ecosystems truly function.
Now based in London, he has spent over a decade advising executive teams on large-scale procurement transformations, category strategy, supplier optimization, and rapid value-creation programs often in high-pressure M&A and restructuring contexts where procurement is a critical performance lever.
